The Life and times of Alpha Perry

I forgot to mention that on Friday at nursery, we made a giant ginger biscuit for the giant in Jack and the Beanstalk. One of my teachers, Debbie, pretended to be the giant. Unfortunately, I somehow managed to snort a load of ginger powder in and couldn't stop coughing.

When I got home, I vomitted up all my lunch - luckily, Mama managed to get me to the bathroom in time.

I did not go to nursery today as I have picked up a cold. I had a bad night, coughing lots and Mama thought it would be best to keep me at home today as it would have been unfair for the teachers to keep wiping my nose and cuddling me.

Yesterday we went to Tate Modern to look at Paul McCarthy's inflatables. They were excellent and I also loved walking over the Millennium Bridge - infact, I marched over it and sang as I did it.

We met Steve Parkins-Knight in the afternoon and went back into the Tate for hot chocolate and brownies. I didn't like the hot chocolate, but loved the brownies, although Mama reminded me that I only had them as a special treat. The sugar rush made me a little manic for a while afterwards, so I got Papa to run around with me outside afterwards.

Grandma Books came over today to look after me in the afternoon as Mama had to go to hospital. We had lots of fun reading and playing games.
