The Life and times of Alpha Perry

Thursday, March 13, 2003

Yesterday I went to the Zoo with Mama, Auntie Louise, Harry and Teagahn. We had a fantastic time looking at all the animals, even if some of them didn't look too happy to be cooped up in what is effectively a large cage.

We travelled up to London on the tube and spent 4-5 hours at the zoo. The weather was very cold, so we were glad to get on a warm tube for the journey home.

I saw camels, giraffes, one tiger, lots of monkeys, big black hairy pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, pelicans being fed large fish, penguins, and lots of other animals that I didn't know and can't remember the names of!

Today, poor Mama was very tired so we went to Clown Town where I could run around to my hearts content whilst Mama rested with a cup of tea.

Dada is away in America at the moment, but I have been lucky enough to speak to him a few times already. Can't wait for him to get home next week. I miss his cuddles and Mama won't run around with me like he does.
